    Ben started in real estate as an investor, buying and renovating his first home immediately after graduating from Cleveland State University with a degree in marketing. He quickly sold the home to a deserving young couple for whom he arranged financing. Helping this young couple purchase their first home was so rewarding that Ben changed his focus and dedicated himself to real estate sales. While selling homes full time, he has spent countless additional hours in seminars and classrooms gaining an even deeper knowledge or real estate marketing, finance and appraisal.
